Add Ask My Practice to Claude

Setup takes about 5 minutes.

1. Open the connector form. Click the button below. It opens Claude with the name and address already filled in. Open Claude

   Claude shows a red warning because the form opened from a link. Check that the address is https://askmypractice.com/mcp, then click Continue.

   Or add it yourself. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Use this name and address.

2. Click Add, then Connect. A new tab opens to Ask My Practice.
3. Sign in. Enter your email and create a passkey. Then click Allow.
4. Ask your first question. Start a new chat in Claude and paste this question.
   Using Ask My Practice, how many new patients did we see last month?

   Ask My Practice walks you through connecting Open Dental. The answer to this question comes at the end of setup.

• Free plan: Claude's free plan allows 1 custom connector.
• Team and Enterprise plans: only an Owner of your Claude organization can add a connector. Each person then clicks Connect.
